many years experience in creating and delivering presentations, I can lift many
of the worries off your shoulders. Throughout this website, I speak about
the many aspects of presentations I can help with, from a simple 'Presentation
Make-Over' to 'Total Event Management', so let's start at the beginning.
Often, you simply don't have the time, to research and write a
presentation. You may have been asked to present on an unfamiliar topic
and have no idea how to structure the talk or where to start. let me be
your guide and do a lot of the leg (and pen) work for you.
A client was asked recently to present for 20 minutes on "The State of
eGovernment in the UK". He called on me and I researched and wrote
the entire presentation. I went through it with him, made a few changes
and finally coached him on the best way to deliver it. It was a great
success. I can do the same for you.

This is probably the most popular service I provide. Maybe
you have a presentation that is simply not producing results any more.
Maybe you have put together a new presentation but it lacks a professional
polish. A custom template and graphics designed especially for you (or the
service or product) plus some reworking of the content into a more visual format
can work wonders and leave your competition lagging behind.
Another popular service I provide is the 'complete meeting'
presentation. Maybe you have several speakers coming from different
departments or even different organisations, each having their own presentations
on different templates and in different colours and typefaces.
You need an overall look and style for the event with custom backgrounds,
colours and a template designed and implemented across all the
presentations. Many times, I have taken a disparate set of presentations
and moulded them into a cohesive, 'event-wide' look and feel. If you wish
me to modify and improve the content, let me know which presentations I can
change in terms of animations and transitions (your own company speakers
perhaps) and those I cannot (guest speakers) and I'll return you a single file
that runs the length of the event and presents a stylish, unique and cohesive
identity.
If a picture is worth a thousand words, a multimedia series of
pictures in an animated sequence combined with suitable music and sound effects
must be worth far more. This is not to say you should replace all your
slides with a movie; that's neither practical nor flexible, but a moving
sequence to open or close a presentation or mid-way through to rejuvenate your
audience and get their imagination working, is a sure fire winner! You
will create a long-lasting impression in the mind of your audience and
differentiate yourself from your competition very effectively.
We have all seen glossy videos shot specifically to
open meetings and conferences. If you would like to make the same impact,
but simply don't have £20,000 in the budget for doing this, you would be amazed
what PowerPoint can do. I have said elsewhere, PowerPoint is an
underestimated medium and rarely used to its full extent. PowerPoint's
ability to synchronize to a music or sound effect track is exceptionally good -
if you know how to make it do so. Add to this, Custom Animations and a
complete understanding of the way PowerPoint handles layers, movement and
transparent graphic formats and all the facilities are there to produce some
exceptional automated sequences.
I am a signatory to the Mechanical
Copyright Protection Society Code of Conduct and have a library of over 800
CDs of specialist recordings which I can bring to bear
on your sequence. I can source the perfect 20, 30 or 60 second (etc.)
sound sequence to suit your presentation - and we're not just talking about
jingly corporate music! Music charges will be added to
your invoice but I will send you an audition of suitable pieces, an outline of
how they would be used and agree the fee
with you in advance. Because this is Production Music, we're not talking
about the many hundreds or thousands of pounds required for use of a commercial
recording.

work. I generally charge by the working day and working days can include
