Another Successful Conference Event
On Friday 23rd January, 'E Ltd.' had their annual Year Start meeting. I set up and managed the whole business session, including the staging, the A-V and of course, created the PowerPoint presentation for the event. The theme was " 'E Ltd.' Through the Looking Glass" and featured a memorable opening sequence with animation, music and sound effects to run behind the opening speaker who "read a story" in verse, poking a little gentle fun at some of the notable characters in the company and setting the theme for the business session. The CEO commented afterwards, "I think we hit just the right balance of humour and serious content." I received several congratulatory emails from staff the following Monday morning.
